Service Details
Our menu and pricing is intended to provide ideas for your event. Of course each function is unique and we are pleased to customize your menu and our service to fit your exact needs!
Included: All food items are displayed on disposable silver foil platters or in disposable foil pans unless otherwise stated during ordering process. Service staff or dishware is not included in prices. Napkins included with any order as requested.
Hot Food Set Up: We will be happy to set up hot food in heated chaffing dishes; a staff charge of $25.00 per hour will apply. Staff service is not required for the time guests are eating unless of course requested.
Staff Gratuity: We recommend a 15 % gratuity for events staff serving on site. Set up or delivery only is excluded.
Paper plates: We will be happy to provide paper plates, napkins and plastic cutlery with the order for an additional charge of $1.00 per person.
Notice: We appreciate a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice. However we understand that events come up at the last minute and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Deposit & Payment: We require a 50% deposit on Visa or MasterCard prior to the event with the balance paid the day of the event. We accept Cash, Cheques, Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Accounts are also available with an approval or credit card guarantee.
Cancellations: For all orders over $500, cancellations within 5 days of the event may result in full payment. Orders under $500.00 cancelled before 48 hours of the event may result in deposit loss or full payment if less then 48 hours.
Additional Services: We can provide as little or as much staff service as you like for your function. We have experienced service staff to serve food, set tables, clear dishes, bar staff, coat check attendants, reception staff and other functions you may wish our staff to perform. We can provide an estimate of time required for your specific needs.
On –site staff:
On site staff are billed at $25.00 per hour plus travel time. Minimum two hours per staff person. One staff person per 25 people.
Delivery: Delivery for orders over $50.00 to $100.00 is included within the immediate area. (Fort Langley, Glen Valley, Walnut Grove, Murrayville, Downtown Langley) Delivery charges may vary, dependent on order amount and location.

Equipment/Rentals: We will be happy to provide recommendations of rental requirements for your event and place the order. We charge a 25% service charge on the listed rental company’s prices. We recommend the following:

Host Awareness: Any breakages or damages from guests of chinaware, glassware, linen, decor and cutlery will be the hosts responsibility. Wendel’s reserves the right to substitute any food items of equal value, due to availability or seasonal and market supply. All garbage disposable, table/chairs/ hall/ WC/ flooring setup and breakdown will be the host’s responsibility. Our fee is charged separately should you require our service. Should any returnable equipment be missing or not available for pick up an additional invoice will be sent for compensation of missing equipment.
